Rock Creek Foundation Started

1991

Affiliated Santé Group started. Our first service was OMHC in Montgomery County.

1992

OMHC - Apps on Google Play

Santé Medical Associates started as a medical provider support for OMHC.

1998

Prince George's County, Maryland - Government

Affiliated Santé Group started providing Crisis Services in Prince George’s County.

1999

Affiliated Santé Group started providing Crisis Services in Anne Arundel County.

2001

Baltimore County | LinkedIn

Affiliated Santé Group started providing Crisis Services to Baltimore County.

2001

Affiliated Santé Group started providing the Senior Outreach Program in Montgomery County.

2006

Created CriSys Inc. (originally Matrixx Inc.) to provide Crisis Services to Mecklenburg County, NC.

2007

Baltimore County Crisis expanded to provide MCT County-wide. (Weinberg Grant)

2010

Eastern Shore Crisis Response Started in 8 Eastern shore counties.

2011

 

Cecil County expanded crisis response services (part of ESCRS).

Cecil County Youth Diversion Program (Part of ESCRS)

MAHT assist in startup of supported housing program in Prince George’s County

Carroll County Crisis Response Services Started
