Outpatient Mental Health Center (OMHC)

The Santé Group’s Outpatient Mental Health Centers (OMHC) are dedicated to serving children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with a behavioral or mental health challenge. Our therapists take a person-centered approach to uncover the unique strengths and needs of every individual to ensure they receive the best treatment and recovery plan possible.

Staff at our Montgomery and Prince George’s County centers provide an initial evaluation to assess the immediate needs of the individual or family, then work closely to identify the next steps for sustainable recovery, including but not limited to:

  • Individual counseling and group therapy
  • Medication evaluation and management
  • Cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy
  • Supportive group therapy for parents of children

Our outpatient centers in Montgomery and Prince George’s County offer both walk-in visits and teletherapy. Contact or visit the center in your county.
